Quick thinking, out-of-the-box, and strategic, Marisa is always looking to bring a fresh angle to a story. She has over 2 decades of professional creative writing experience, tackling everything from human interest to travel. The bulk of her career has been in healthcare advertising, working closely with brand clients to develop new communication strategies in order to shift the mindsets of both healthcare providers and patients. Marisa holds an MA in Literature from New York University. She is also a ceramic artist and loves spending time at her mountain home with her husband and two cats.

When it comes to creative, Michael strives to find a visual language that will quickly dramatize what’s unique and exciting about a brand. Conceptual and strategic with a whimsical twist, he has been giving creative life to a host of pharmaceutical brands for the last 17 years. Here at y’all, he is the mastermind behind internal and external creative, keeping the work fresh and fun. The bearded wonder, known to his friends simply as Foster, studied Communication Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. He originally hails from western New York but now calls the Husdon Valley his home.

Michael combines his deep background as an engineer, creative director, and UX researcher to collaboratively actualize the future. He is an award-winning creative technology leader with over 20 years' experience across agency and product development. He has overhauled Nike's web architecture, created social campaigns for Google, and brought innovative multichannel digital solutions to The New York Times and Hot Pockets. With a passion for science and making the complex relatable, he has also used cutting-edge technology to create playful, dynamic experiences for leading pharmaceutical brands. Michael lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and was the #2 birdwatcher in Multnomah County for 2021. He loves hiking, cooking, and making music. Sometimes all at once.

Our very own in-house Spielberg, David brings an artistic and atmospheric angle to the y’all team. His talent for video and motion-infused work has won him recognition among clients such as the Carolina Hurricanes, the WWE, and multiple healthcare advertising agencies. Multitasking as director, producer, and editor, David strives to elevate visual storytelling by melding artful aesthetics with cohesive, evocative narratives. When off set, Dave might be found tinkering with his vintage Jeep or working in his woodshop.

Sapna brings her passions for language and science to the y'all team to fine-tune its final products. With a collaborative and dynamic approach, she aims to balance creative and strategic vision with clarity, accuracy, and consistency across a client's work. Sapna has 20 years of experience in fields such as editing, public health, social advocacy, and linguistics, and she draws on this diverse background to tailor communications to audiences with varying needs and goals. When not wielding her metaphorical red pen, Sapna can be found in various crafty pursuits, traveling and exploring the world, or hanging out in Brooklyn with her two cats.
